drawing dutch only feels appropriate with classical music in the background, the more dramatic the better

so far the downsides of going off meds: - my brain goes fast man - i am so fking gay it's like the main thing occupying my now fast brain help

Btw, after just three months of weekly somatic experiencing therapy I think I don't need my meds anymore. The meds I HAD TO take to be able to function at all for almost ten years now. Since mid april I went form 5 to 2 pills and I feel nothing in my body, except of this pleasant empty space, while only two months ago I tried to go down to 4 and my body was fuckin killin me. I'll continue to lower the dose this month until I see how I function without it. My psychiatrist was so chill about it lol like he expected it, while I was contemplating if it was the hand of god that touched and healed me or sth
