He's so annoying I want to swing him around by his wrists (affectionately)
What does Vaas smell like besides blood, cigarettes, and gunpowder? Green tea and cosmetic cream. Don't laugh, I'm serious! (But giggling merrily deep down)
The memory is dedicated to his reflection on Citra, yet in one of the flashbacks, you can see Vaas applying eye cream in front of a mirror, saying, "I don't want to grow old. I don't want to." Given the context of the comment, I think it's a skincare product rather than just a concealer to cover up a bruise.
Next, he uses green tea-scented deodorant. And I confess, I'm a little surprised it's not a classic masculine scent like "sea breeze with a hint of toilet bowl cleaner."
If it seems to you that the significance (and meme) of this deodorant has been exaggerated by me, then there is a track called Green Tea Deodorant in the official soundtrack collection for Vaas: Insanity. The fact seemed funny to me.
(Okay, I just like the fact that Vaas cares about self-care at all.)
P.S: By the way, in the same flashback, we suddenly learn that Vaas can cook “something Italian”...)
