Deep Smoke (Smokeable): Passion flower, catnip, damiana, skullcap, canadian wild lettuce. This blend smells sensational as well it helps you relax and give a nice but subtle euphoric uplift in your day. Also this blend can be mixed with other smokeables.

Time Tripping (Capsules): Passion flower, damiana, blue lotus, wormwood, canadian wild lettuce. Can take 2-3 capsules at a time. Helps with relaxation, sleep and guides your senses along a dreamscape type of reality.

Simply Happy (Capsules): Holy basil. Can take up to 3 times daily. Great to take when you are feeling strong mood swings or anxiety as it helps to regulate moods.

Passion Dose (Capsules): Sassafras, damiana, wormwood, muira puama, passion flower. Can take 2-3 capsules at a time. This blend helps you get in the mood for intimacy as it acts as an aphrodisiac and by increasing the need for sexual activity.

Orange Peel

Benefits:

Helps with constipation, reduce gas, heartburn, vomiting and asthma. For aroma therapy it helps with headache, anxiety and depression.

Cautions:

Orange peel used in weight loss pills. It contains synephrine, which produces stimulant effects similar to those of ephedra. Might be a good idea to watch out for these diet pills especially if you are sensitive to caffeine.

Vanilla Bean

Benefits: 

Nausea, anxiety and stress. Also, helps with burns.

Red Rooibos

Origins:

From Western Cape province of South Africa.

Benefits:

High number of anti-oxidants, low tannin levels ( good if you a pregnant), helps with the absorption of iron and Rooibos also helps with digestive issues.

Cinnamon Chips

Origins:

Comes from the wild trees from the genus Cinnamomum - native to the Caribbean, South America, and Southeast Asia.

Benefits:

Helps with muscle spasms, vomiting, diarrhea, common colds and loss of appetite.

Cautions:

If sensitive to cinnamon can increase the risk of liver damage due to the coumarin in cinnamon that is linked to liver problems.

Tulsi Holy Basil

Origins:

India

Benefits:

Common cold, stress and anxiety. From my experience I use to take this herb in capsules before an exam that I was really stressed out for and in 20 minutes I would feel my stress/anxiety go away.

Cautions:

Like Lavender and Passion Flower, Holy Basil might cause the blood to clot slowly. Stop few weeks before scheduled surgery. Do not take if trying to conceive. 

Passion Flower

Benefits:

Passion flower is best known to help with anxiety. It is also said it can ease some withdrawal symptoms (anxiety, irritability, sleep issues and agitation).

Cautions:

In normal amounts Passion Flower is fine.  Also, similar to lavender, passion flower it can increase the effects on anesthesia during surgery. Best not to take 2 weeks before.

Lavender

Origins:

India, Persia, Arabia, Morocco, France

Benefits:

Lavender is known for it’s aroma and how it can uplift the body and mind. It’s calming effects also help with insomnia, anxiety, depression, headaches and upset stomach.

 Caution:

Not any known side effects. Lavender can slow down the central nervous system so if you have a scheduled surgery it’s best to stay away from Lavender for 2 weeks before surgery. Lastly, high dosages of Lavender can cause drowsiness.

Lemon Peel

Benefits:

Lemon peel can help the common cold to act as an anti-inflammatory. It can also help improve insulin sensitivity to prevent diabetes as well reduce cholesterol. Also lemon peel is an antioxidant and it can help to reduce the risk of cancer and arthritis.

Subtropical and tropical regions from western North American and South America. 

Benefits:

Stevia, from Brazil and Paraguay is a natural sweetener (you don’t want to put too much, can make tea very sweet, unless you like it that way). Stevia is also an anti-inflammatory and a diuretic.

Cautions:

If you are allergic to ragweed, chrysanthemums, marigolds, daises, you might have a sensitivity to Stevia.
