I hear it said by some that the Valyrians sleep ill beneath the yoke of a Stormlord Hand. Is it to come to war, or will the dragon king’s vision of unity prevail?

There is something afoot between the King of Winter and the YiTish lord. Another man would have lost his head for what the Lord of Sea Dragon Point did to Lady Karstark. Was it part of scheme to eliminate her and have Lord Karstark step away? It's very odd.

It has been said of late that the green King of the Valyrians and of the Storms has been thwarted in love. Some say it was his amorous pursuit of the lady of Rogare that late hastened her from King’s Landing — but still others speak in hushed tones of a deadly plot he sundered. Could it be the king may complain only now of a lost heart — where he might otherwise have been parted from his head as was the late Lady Tully who herself wed a Rogare? How cruel to find oneself betrayed by double in love. Who will the king’s next bride be, and can he trust any who seek to warm his bed?

It is whispered amongst the smallfolk that Red Rivers, the Bastard of Raventree, has fallen mad with love for a lady of Seaguard, and sought to spirit her away of a night to be his mistress, but was prevented at the last by the lady’s stalwart brother. Some say it is an insult that shall bring civil war upon the Riverlands, while others wonder: are the star-crossed lovers ever to be reunited?
