“It is, I miss it sometimes, but oh well.” He shrugged lightly. “I don’t blame you on that, as much as I do love big cities, nothing says home like a village. How long do you plan on living out here?”

“Living in a village is cosy, it brings people closer. Hmm, at least a couple of years. When I feel like I have done what I needed to do here, then I will go back home”

“You’ve got a point, could also be a bad thing when you were a young one.” He said with a chuckle. “At least in my experience. But that’s a good idea, are you planning on teaching any other places besides here after wards, or have you not thought that far?”

“Originally from Essex.” Damien answered, smiling as he found at least another familiar bit from home. “And I understand what you mean, it took me a bit to get used to it. I guess you didn’t spend much time in London back home?”

“Oi, Essex is a nice place” he said and smiled softly at the other male. “Oh I actually worked in London. It was a great time for sure but I am more of a village kinda guy”

“It is, I miss it sometimes, but oh well.” He shrugged lightly. “I don’t blame you on that, as much as I do love big cities, nothing says home like a village. How long do you plan on living out here?”

“Wales? Not far from my own home. I understand what you mean though, I’ve been here a couple years or so and I still sometimes get lost in my own neighborhood sometimes.”

“Ah, where you from?” he asked and smiled. “I don’t think I will ever get used to live in a big city”

“Originally from Essex.” Damien answered, smiling as he found at least another familiar bit from home. “And I understand what you mean, it took me a bit to get used to it. I guess you didn’t spend much time in London back home?”

“Oh well then welcome. I don’t work there, but I know a few students and teachers from there, or at least I know their faces. Did you just move out here or?”

“Why thank you. I’m still very new to all of this and this city. Moving from Wales to Philly is a huge change for me”

“Wales? Not far from my own home. I understand what you mean though, I’ve been here a couple years or so and I still sometimes get lost in my own neighborhood sometimes.”

“I’ll give props for it then. So how long have you been a creative writings teacher? I’m assuming you teach at the college nearby?”

“Oh I just started working at Howell to be honest. But I have always been a creative writings or english teacher”

“Oh well then welcome. I don’t work there, but I know a few students and teachers from there, or at least I know their faces. Did you just move out here or?”

“Could be, I mean it does take quite a bit of effort to get up and go out and run. I take probably more effort to even get to the gym and I don’t call myself athletic.”

“Well, call me a pro then. Because the only athletic thing I do is run. And walk but that is something we all do”

“I’ll give props for it then. So how long have you been a creative writings teacher? I’m assuming you teach at the college nearby?”

“Well dang, you must have a metabolism of a pro athlete. Are you an athlete? It would explain things.”

“No I’m sadly not. Unless you find running pro athletic? I’m just a ordinary creative writings teacher”

“Could be, I mean it does take quite a bit of effort to get up and go out and run. I take probably more effort to even get to the gym and I don’t call myself athletic.”

“Well lucky for you, I just bought some refills so I won’t be too hard on you right now. If you’re really hungry why not get an actual meal?”

“Lucky me indeed. Ah, the question many people ask me. I have already eaten but I still get hungry. I could eat a entire horse and still be just as hungry as I was before”

“Well dang, you must have a metabolism of a pro athlete. Are you an athlete? It would explain things.”
