I mean, look at her. She's downright miserable and I'm pretty sure this miserableness stems from the fact she cannot tell the others. Her face is almost entirely bandaged, from mouth to nose to right eye. Only her left eye is exposed– she can't talk but she still can see and this is eating her alive.

Ironically enough, the left eye is used in Madoka's transformation to symbolize she is an all-seeing god and what was Sayaka before? One of Madoka's angels.

Another thing I find very interesting is the shot of Sayaka and the grief cube-filled glass, mimicking ice. It seems the girls are in a bar and Sayaka sits at the counter, alone as if she's going to drink her sorrow (grief?) away. Someone pointed out the trailer seems to really settle on adult life as a theme which is quite contrasting to the other scenes of the girls eating sweets in a tea party and having fun.
