Since Lindsay has clearly lied to several people about what’s really been going on, here’s a huge list with links so people can find out the truth for themselves.

Lindsay pretended to be someone else. She tricked people into believing she was “Z”.

When that post was made she quickly deleted Z’s blog and any posts relating to him, and threatened several people with legal action. Even though she was the one who’d impersonated someone. She literally deleted the evidence. A lawyer wouldn’t accept that case (whatever case she thinks she has.)

She’s threatened people with fake lawyer’s before, with the same results. She conveniently forgets about them if you let her, and lies her way out if you keep bringing it up. Like she’s doing now.

The lawyer was in response to being caught impersonating someone else, it had nothing to do with tumblr. This means that tumblr would not deal with any legal issues involving Lindsay, since they haven’t done anything.

Skipping back earlier in the year to the time she pushed a former-friend to attempt suicide, that doesn’t need a link. I don’t want to drag that back up without said former-friend’s permission. All anyone needs to know is that there is a mountain of evidence (including this cap that Lindsay posted herself) along with witnesses, who saw Lindsay bullying this person continuously. It’s Lindsay that pushed someone to want to hurt themselves. Now she’s trying to flip that situation and saying it’s us pushing her, because she can’t get out of this web of lies she’s created. This is the short post a made the last time she brought this up and lied about it.

She’s dishonest, a bully, and dangerous. She’s fed people so many lies. When lindsayfussell and I receive anons from her and her ”friends”, you can see people unquestioningly going along with what she’s saying. We have proof she’s a liar and a bully. That’s why she calls these hate blogs. She doesn’t want you to look and see what she’s really like, so here you go. Here’s more links:

After Lindsay threatened lindsayfussell, this was the response she got. lindsayfussell didn’t get a reply back, unsurprisingly.

More information on her “lawyer”. She made it very clear that if she was in contact with a lawyer, and it was about lindsayfussell, myself, and others that caught her impersonating “Z”. Not tumblr.

lindsayfussell gave Lindsay more than enough chances to share the details, something she has to do by law, or to come clean. Lindsay did neither, she chose to keep lying.

For people who want to whine and claim lindsayfussell’s the bully, read this. Actually do some research for yourselves and see what’s really been happening. Lindsay’s lying to you. She’s lied to all of her friends, and the reason they aren’t around now is because they got out. Like this person, and this anon tried to, and this anon.

You talk to anyone that used to be close to Lindsay and they’ll back this up, even if Lindsay will attack them after. (Here’s another link if that wasn’t enough for you.) These two posts are much longer and more detailed. They back up everything I’ve seen Lindsay do, everything I’ve experienced, and everything lindsayfussell experienced with her.

Here’s a link to a post about Lindsay attacking a girl who ships skyeward. She didn’t leave that girl alone, even after she made her delete her blog.

This isn’t the first time she’s attacked skyeward shippers, either, and she’s attacked Lincoln fans too. The second she joined the AoS fandom, when she found out Luke Mitchell was going to be in it, she attacked people and started drama. She lied and acted as if she owned Luke Mitchell and knew him personally. She stopped as soon as she realised people weren’t on her side. They realised straight away what she’s like.

Then we get to a really hypocritical series of caps, taken from twitter, of her attacking a Lincoln fan for not liking skyeward. This wasn’t just any fan though. This was a trans teen who at the time had only just turned 18. She mocked someone nearly 8 years younger than her and told them to grow up.

Someone really needs to listen to her own advice.

Lindsay deleted most of her tweets after this. It’s strange how she attacked a person for saying what she’s said from the moment she joined the fandom. “They can have their opinions” and “you don’t speak for the static quake shippers” are two things Lindsay really needs to learn before she starts preaching to the kids.

Lindsay hasn’t stopped lying, bullying and just generally being a terrible person, so here’s more proof.

She tried to take advantage of 2 deaths. In both cases it was clear she was lying. Lindsay only seemed to care when it gave her an excuse to attack people, even the local police. Within 3 hours of finding out about the nature of a “close friend’s” death, Lindsay was over on Instagram with a silly selfie and acting like it had never happened.

She made a “joke” about the Zika Virus. This was inappropriate and unnecessary. There are no excuses for saying an obviously offensive thing.

Now we come to Lindsay’s latest round of skyeward hate. The antiskyeward posts linked in my original post, and her arguing over other ships, clearly weren’t one-offs.

It started with her purposely singling out and taking a screencap of two skyeward shippers, who asked the aos instagram for a picture of Luke Mitchell, Brett Dalton and Chloe Bennet. More specifically, they asked Luke Mitchell for the picture. Lindsay didn’t like that.

Then she tried to belittle and lied to a skyeward shipper who was trying to defend the people Lindsay’s bullied. She pretended she didn’t have a known past of attacking skyeward shippers.

It ended with Lindsay accusing the person defending skyeward shippers of harassment. She doesn’t seem to realise that not liking what a person is saying does not mean they’re harassing you.

There’s also Lindsay’s whitewashing past with a canon Harry Potter character:

That character, Sinistra, was turned into an OC when Lindsay got told off for choosing a white FC. Even though the actress seen playing her in the film is black. She still attempts to RP that character.

If that wasn’t bad by itself, her excuse for whitewashing dismissed it and the film’s problematic actions in choosing white actresses. If they can be racist, so can she.

Most recently, Lindsay took a picture of a man without his permission so she could post it on her RP blog and make fun of him for his height. That kind of behaviour in public is wrong and immature. Taking a picture to post online, so that other people can join her in laughing at him, is even worse.

She didn’t like it when @omgfusiliers and @damarshallmallows did the same to her to show her that kind of post isn’t okay or funny.

She decided to report the original post to tumblr by lying.

Her choice of wording in her post is very telling. No one said this happened on tumblr, yet she very specifically only referred to her tumblr RP and even that was a lie. The list of characters she claims to have RPed changes every time she brings it up. Lindsay forgets that people actually remember her RPing on tellemanca. Just like they remember her RPing Draco and Sinistra. To tell people that they have the wrong Lindsay, that their memories are wrong, is gaslighting. It’s a form of abuse to patronise people and make them question their own memories.

While we’re on the subject, let’s talk about Alejandra, since Lindsay very conveniently decided not to mention the comments made about that OC. It was very clearly stated, that the whitewashed Sinistra eventually became Lindsay’s whitewashed OC, Alejandra. That’s an OC Lindsay still RPs. There’s absolutely no doubt that everyone remembers the right Lindsay.

Lindsay, are you aware that twitter tags don’t work the same as tumblr tags? Tagging something doesn’t stop people from seeing it. There is no tumblr saviour on twitter, dear. It took you two days to think up that patronising response, surely that should have been long enough for you to realise you’re in the wrong and should stay quiet.

How many times do you need to be told to leave skyeward shippers alone? We get it, you hate Daisy being shipped with anyone but Lincoln. That doesn’t mean you can attack other fans. People aren’t going to agree with you on everything. That’s life, or “adulting” as you call it. Learn to accept that and know when it’s best to shut up and leave people alone.

You know when and where you’ve harassed other skyeward shippers, Lindsay. Don’t lie and play innocent. You went from being rude and patronising to “have a nice day” because you realised people know how bad you are.

Why do you hate skyeward and their shippers, Lindsay? All those fans asked for was a picture of Brett, Luke and Chloe. He was already posting pictures of the cast. That was his own choice. There’s absolutely no harm in fans making requests for more. Luke Mitchell is on that instagram to upload pictures, after all. It’s all for fun. As an adult, Luke will understand that and doesn’t need an immature 26 year old making multiple tweets against other AoS fans, under the guise that she’s somehow defending him. How he responds is up to him, but we can guarantee that if he did respond he wouldn’t rant and get angry. That’s ridiculous. These are characters. It’s not real. That fan even used the word “pretending”. Do you understand that?

Let me just remind everyone that after myself and @omgfusiliers called you out for constantly attacking skyeward shippers, from the moment you joined the AoS fandom, you went through a brief phase of pretending you shipped Daisy/Lincoln/Ward. Now that’s over, I guess you’re back to being your usual controlling self. So, for everyone else, here’s a really big post of all the other times Lindsay’s attacked people and lied.

May I suggest in the future that you leave other shippers alone, Lindsay. Stop being controlling. Stop whining about people who don’t ship what you ship. If people want to ship Daisy with Ward, or anyone else, they can. You have no say in that. You don’t get to stop people talking about it or asking the cast and crew about it. Most importantly, you aren’t the only fan Luke Mitchell receives messages from. You don’t get to police who messages him. You don’t own him.

Those are just a few examples of how Lindsay, as a brand new fan to AoS following Luke Mitchell’s casting, made up drama. There was no reason to “protect” Luke. She kept lying about there being hate in Luke’s tag and accused the skyeward shippers of being hateful to her. There is no evidence at all of skyeward shippers approaching Lindsay in any way. Unsurprisingly, most seem to avoid her if they can, but here are just a couple of examples of Lindsay attacking skyeward shippers.

Using a tutorial to build your skills is fine, but taking coding from it isn’t building your skills. It’s wrong to use a free tutorial and then charge others for it. It’s a crime called “conversion.” It’s also plagiarism. You can’t take work from somewhere else and then expect other people to pay you for it. You didn’t write it. You’re meant to learn from it and then write your own. When you ask someone to pay, they are paying for your work and your time in making that product. The product isn’t yours. You shouldn’t get paid for work you have stolen from someone else.

It’s illegal to ask for advance payment for services that have not yet been performed. So… it’s not unfair to ask for payment in advance, it’s illegal. This has been pointed out already. I don’t know why you confused the word “illegal” with “unfair.”

You can’t have your own style when you are using other people’s codes. It’s not “mimicry” to take someone else’s work, claim you wrote it, and then get people to pay you for it. It’s illegal. Selling stolen code isn’t a style, either. Your own theme is a jumble of coding made by others that you’ve just edited, and by edited I mean you removed the original credits. You don’t even have your own style on your own blog.

I’ve had a super busy weekend, but I have had a look at the lies that Amber posted. We all know this wasn’t a year ago that we’re talking about, and we all know she’s a track record of lying. If this is a hobby for her, then it is a con/ People don’t ask you to pay them money for their hobbies. That’s bullshit, just like every single sentence she wrote accusing others of sending her hate and attacking her. She must have been looking in a mirror when she wrote those lies.

When davinamarshall called out that group for selling stolen code, all of them were as guilty as the others. Jessica is bad about stealing, anyway. She was run out of the Marvel fandom for being a plagiarizing brat. That fandom warned others about her, but for some reason (maybe the 13 year olds that she rps with don’t know better?), she’s still on tumblr weaving her lies, begging for money and selling things that don’t belong to her. 

I’d be embarrassed to show my face on tumblr after all the things she’s been caught doing. Keep in mind, she only admits to things she’s specifically called out on with proof. There’s loads more she hasn’t been called out for, and she hasn’t stopped doing any of them. 

The thing with Jessica is a lot more than just stolen codes. Jessica helps herself to anything she wants, from yt videos, audio, code, writing, art, icons, etc. Perhaps you’ve missed the bigger picture as to what she does and has done? Her latest schtick is admitting she’s a pos thief, but hey she’s admitted it, so leave her alone. She pretends she’s stopped, but she has not. That’s not how life works. If you say you are sorry, you should stop what you were doing, not get better at hiding it. 

At this point, it’s ludicrous to pretend Jessica has cleaned up her act, and Amber isn’t Reece. Selling someone else’s code is wrong. It is stealing. It is something that almost all of those developers have stated they do not want done. Those codes are not to be used as base codes. They are not to be sold. Period. The people who deserve to be paid for those codes are the actual developers, not the thieves who are selling code that was never meant to be sold.

Jessica and Amber have something in common: They both con people with sob stories. Good people see them whining about how poor they are, and mistreated, and doing without, and they think well, I could help them and get a theme so they don’t feel like it’s charity. That’s exactly what cons do - they prey on good people’s natural human instincts. 

It’s one thing to offer to make themes and actually code them yourself, and expect money for your time and talent. It’s quite another to steal codes, mesh them together in 20 minutes and pass them off as your own for a price.  Jessica and Amber do it for money. Marie does it for followers and to be liked. Oh, yeah, by the way, Marie steals code as well. Not one of them can read, write or code from scratch. Why chance ending up with a security breach in your code? Or being in trouble for it being stolen? It’s better to go to trusted sources for your codes, icons, etc.

My advice is to check tags, reputations and how people are being about what they are selling. For instance, Amber is requiring up front payment. That’s illegal. Jessica makes code that doesn’t work most of the time. That’s because she’s stealing and cobbling things together she doesn’t understand. Be careful of people offering free things in order to drum up followers for themselves like Marie often does. If what is going on doesn’t feel right, or like a scam, it probably is a scam. 

I know tumblr users like to be free with their personal information, but I don’t advise it. Don’t give your PayPal email address to anyone willy nilly. That is a link to you personally. Your name, address and phone number will be available to them thereafter, even if your credit and bank information are safe. Ask for credentials and references. People who are legit can happily provide them to you. Do not pay in full for any service until it is rendered. Make sure you find out your usage rights for anything you commission.

Tumblr has a theme garden, and those who wish to make themes can sell them there easily. Tumblr vets the developers in the theme garden. You are allowed to preview themes on your blog before you purchase them as well. Theme support is also available from those developers. 

If you know someone who is offering commissions, you like their work and you trust them, please feel free to commission from them. (For example, can you trust someone who lies about their name, their blogs, their lifestyle, and has been proven to steal code?) It’s not uncommon for word of mouth to be an artist’s biggest source of patrons. If you’ve had a great experience with someone, let others know or offer a standing referral to your artist. In America, tipping your artist is also a great way to show your appreciation for their time and talent.  

I’ve known for a long time. Since she made the account almost. She rps with Marie/showmaxster from her THG accounts for Peeta. I took a look at ‘her’ code and lol’d. She’s still meshing together other people’s codes and passing them off as her own. Funny that she sells stolen codes, yet her own theme isn’t made by her, isn’t it? She’s blocked this account now she knows I know who she is. I have a ton of information about who she is, how she’s been pretending to be ftm, and she’s still peddling stolen goods, but that’s all best for a callout post. She has a nasty incest blog as well. By incest, I mean incest, not fiction.

Amber/Lokin/Reece/Whatever s/he’s going by at the moment is currently conning people on her new blogs. Please be careful and aware of this user. S/he is not a safe person to be around, even online. In the recent past, she has been caught selling stolen theme codes, revealing the IP address of a minor, bullying other tumblr users, lying, and telling sob stories and threatening suicide to get people to give her money through paypal. S/he faked her suicide on February 19, 2015.
