Visited this award winning #modern home yesterday on a pick. Designed by #sarasota #architect Guy Peterson. Nestled in a prestigious beach community, it sat in over 2 acres. The property was surrounded by tall Australian pines among other trees, was not visible from the road and the rear of the property sits directly on the Gulf beach shores of Siesta Key! It was as interesting inside as the outside suggests! Thank God they had a big elevator!! 😬
