Soul Food.

I think this is a point in my growth where chapters are coming to a close once again. 

I am in this head space where I feel very subpar in comparison to those around me, which is a mistake in itself, I know. I just can’t seem to shake that feeling and replace it with something that allows me to be selfish in most aspects of what I do. In fact, most people would commend me on my success, steady job, healthy, challenged in certain spaces, but not exactly happy.

This is all ramblings I can tell already.

I think this energy also comes from the fact that I haven’t really reached certain goals. Which is once again, a struggle I’ve had for a portion of my tumblr-sphere. I seem to be in a chase once again for something completely out of my territory, but so clouded and infatuated that it doesn’t seem to affect me at certain points until I really deep dive into it.

I’m quite frustrated with my dance portion of life as I am at this point where I’m trying to find like a challenge that doesn’t push me into a negative head space but rather into a positive one. I think that’s such a big deal for me to find a positive energy between being challenged yet feeling growth because right now I am not seeing it.

I’m also really into this boy... which doesn’t help... AT ALL.

The most caught up about it.

I just want to disconnect and not feel at this moment as most things are making me quite tense. I just need to fall into something that requires my full focus to take everything else away.
