Snippet 3.
Warnings: Language
Well, the Hero certainly didn't expect this. They had been trying to tell their incompetent teammates that unlike other villains, Villain and Supervillain were not the same. Granted, Villain might have been a bit humorous and fun, he was still a Villain.
And Supervillain, well......
"Ugh, help us you stupid bitch!" Other Hero called, her stare glaring at Hero.
Leader also began to glare at her.
All five of her teammates were stuck in a net, a trap set by the Villain most likely. Hero was smart enough to not get caught because she actually knew her way around the den, she knew that they meant no harm. Alas, her organization did not, nor did her team.
"Well, well, well...." A slow clapping was heard and Hero rolled her eyes.
Villain revealed himself in his all so dramatic entrance. "Hero," he grins at his nemesis/best friend. "What is your incompetent team, doing here, caught in my traps?" He asks with a hum, titling his head towards them with a mocking frown.
"Shut up!" Sidekick yells, but anyone could see the fear in his eyes as he looked at Villain.
"She's the one who's incompetent!" Other Hero snaps, glaring at Hero with anger. "She didn't even warn us, you bitch!"
Hero bit her tongue to stop the retort that could come out, Other Hero has always been Mentor's favorite at the facility. She couldn't say anything back towards her since she would be the one in trouble. And Leader was here too, and he was hard-core in punishments.
"Ooooh," Villain says with a shake of his head. "Don't let Supervillain here you say that towards her, he's very protective over dear Hero." He put his arm around Hero, a smug smile on his face.
Hero's face flushed, she clears her throat.
"Let us out," Leader growls, shaking the net.
Villain tuts his lips, a thoughtful look on his face. "Hmm, let me think about it." He taps his chin with his finger, humming gently. "How about No?" He asks with a gleam growing in his eyes.
"Villain...." Hero groans. "Just get them out. I'll get in trouble,"
"Don't worry, Hero." Villains grins widely, patting her shoulder. "Supervillain will probably torture or maim all the people who will punish you for your 'apparent discrimination'." He rolls his eyes.
Hero frowns, she ignores the way her cheeks had turned a pretty shade of pink.
"Ugh, get us out you bitch!" Other Hero screeches, her glare fiery. She moved around in the net, a scowl on her face. Her red suit was considered, maybe (probably, most likely) inappropriate since it was body tight and quite revealing.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk....."
A voice was heard, cold and forbearing.
"We certainly don't swear in front of mixed company."
Supervillain all but revealed himself, his exterior speaking dark and mysterious. But he radiated power, something mayhe no one will comprehend.
He stepped forward, a cold smile on his face, his eyes lighting up with amusement when he saw the heroes in the trap. "What do we have here?" He asks.
Hero turns her gaze towards him and tries to ignore the twist her stomach did.
Supervillain finally turns to her, his eyes lighting up but he quickly hides it. "Hero." He hums, walking to stand next to her. He picks up a few strands of her hair and starts playing with it, twirling it and curling it around with his finger. "What are you doing here?"
"Oh, uh." Hero clears her throat. "My team is stuck in Villain's trap, so uh..." She nods over to her teammates who were staring at the interaction between the Supervillain and Hero.
Villain grins. "Please continue your flirting, I'm sure sooner or later the sexual tension between the two of you will cut the net,"
Supervillain chuckles while Hero turns beet red.
"Let us out of here," Leader snarls, glaring at Supervillain and Villain. He could tell by their facial expressions that they looked amused. He looked at his weak teammate. "Hero! Stop fooling around and get us out of here. Knock them out!"
Supervillain's gaze darkens.
Villain clicks his tongue. "I mean, Hero would but Supervillain would pin her down in a second."
Hero glared at him, she was getting so flustered, her cheeks were getting redder by each second that Villain opened his stupid smart mouth.
"Hmm, Hero." Supervillain turns to her. "Do you think I should let them out? Be honest," he hums, a dangerous glint in his eyes as he looked at the hero's teammates.
Hero hesitats but she doesn't want to get in trouble with Superhero again. "Can you please let them out?" She asks, biting her lip and looking down.
"Well...." Supervillain says with a thoughtful look on his face. "Since you said please, I guess so." He shrugs. "Villain. Let them down."
"Oh, come on! I caught them!" Villain whines, but he brings his phone out before typing something that lowers the net, uncoiling it and letting the heroes go.
Leader glares at Supervillain, but there was a hint of fear in them too. "Let's go, Hero." He nods to his already fearful team who was backing away with fear, Villain stared at them with amusement.
Another reason why he liked Hero would be that Hero wasn't scared shitless and wasn't stupid like them. There was a reason why they were best friends.
"Yes, yes. You should go, Hero." Supervillain tells her before leaning in with a smirk on his lips. "But know I'll be watching," he whispers before pressing a sweet kiss to her cheek.
Hero's face was full on red the whole way back to headquarters.
Someone please continue this 😭🙏🏾🙏🏾
