*** BODYBUILING GOALS *** Everyday as a pumping bodybuilder I get up and try to envision the BIGGEST and BEST me I can. I usually slide into my pump and for a bit before I get up and do cardio and plan out my workout routine.

What type of training do you like to use when it comes to growing your body. I find that as I get older Its more about making sure my muscles are being used then throwing weight around. I can get great workouts with lighter weights and more reps then heavy weights and less.

Same thing goes with pumping your penis and balls. High pressure over short period is not going to get you far, but lower pressure over longer period. Pumping should be relaxing and comfortable and just like training it will take time to see results. Bodybuilders should be working their pumping into their daily routines. Work on growing YOUR WHOLE BODY! Be a TRUE BODYBUILDER.
