I forget why exactly but one time I was on the Wikipedia page for "Latin America" and the map showed Quebec as part of it.

I'm not sure how Latin America is defined, is it by countries/places in the Americas which have been colonized by and speak a Romance (Latin based) language?

If it's by the previously established definition, then does Quebec, the majority French-speaking part of Canada, count as Latin America??
