Well I was just gonna say that I consider myself very emotionally stable and always have been, but during some traumatic times in my life like when my dad passed Iβve gotten super emotionally screwed up and Iβve realized that time is the thing that helps the most and that things get better after a while. I actually went through therapy for a while too and I think that it helps a lot. However I think that finding a good therapist can be hard and some work better than others, but luckily I found a good one. But after a little while I was feeling back to being myself and didnβt need to go anymore. But just know that youβll feel better itβll just take some time especially if you havenβt really dealt with anxiety before. And youβre also in the thick of emotions right now with the service tomorrow. Which for me literally brought back all types of emotions. Youβre a very caring and loving person, and I think that you dealing with this now truly exemplifies that. Also things like this affect people in weird ways, and everyone deals with stuff differently. So ultimately I think that talking with people whether it be your mom, family, friends, therapist, or me if you want can only help whenever you need it. I hope that might help a bit but just know I think youβre great and itβs gonna be all good donβt worry.
