Despite to his aggressive attitude, it didn’t feel like he was being *mean* to her, you know? He wasn’t yelling at her or anything, he was just being smug and annoying. I like to think he was enjoying her company and was liking the way she was talking to him 🙊 Wouldn’t wanna say that out loud though, so of course he tries to act like she had no effect of him but Selina walked in there knowing she did. Plus, I like to see them being awful to each other too (because why wouldn’t they be? They both have too much baggage and issues). Selina purposefully triggering his OCD to get her what she wanted, Harvey willing to throw her under the bus to save himself… god they suck, yet they had that slightest bit of tension if you’re looking at it through a shippers lens that I can’t take off. I love it when Harvey and Selina bring out the worst in each other while simultaneously also only ever seeing the good.

​realistically my only complaint is that I don’t like how it’s very Bruce centric most of the time when explored in fandom, which to me isn’t even really true complaint—because it doesn’t actually /bother/ me nor do I not understand why it’s so. It’s my only ‘complaint’ because I feel like Bruce has been shown *so* much attention in so many ships, and the same can’t be said for Harvey and Selina, and sometimes with the way people discuss them it’s kinda just ‘oh ANOTHER Bruce ship’. It doesn’t bother me it’s just easier for me to wave it off and it’s like I understand why, I mean Selina and Harvey have very limited interactions but still LOL I’ve seen a lot of fans and fandoms create good pure bullshit and I think we need to hop on that more 🥱

I like Talia and I also like Brutalia. They don’t really cross my mind a lot but I respect them and think they’re tragic and fun to see. Obviously I have a bias towards Selina, but Selina’s just a character who’s more for me 😌
