So I haven’t posted here since before my life transformed, gave birth to two children, moved, came into my power, and now, here, now, the world itself is transforming. Structures are crumbling, the old way is departing, people are hurting, people are healing, life is dying, blue skies are returning, heart are opening. I’m back to share all the ways we can respond to this rapidly-transforming world through movement. How will our bodies dance with this pandemic? What will emerge? Posting this just after midnight on the first full day of spring in 2020, the year of clear vision. Thank you in advance to all of the souls whose movement I will continue to share here to help remind each other that grief can move, fear can move, love can move, change can move. Let’s move together.
