"I see. Such a long time to be far away from home," She muses to herself. She doesn't know if she'd be able to do it. Somehow, she was brought here, and it worries her that she'd be in the same predicament as Jinx. No matter. She calms her heart with a light roll of her shoulders, "At least the entertainment sounds tempting enough to allow you to forget what happened."
Orchid's smile widens. Own red eyes boring into those pretty, pretty, pretty violets. Purple and red have always been her favorite colors.
"You will find out in your own time."
She steps forward, curious, curious. Orchid's watching Jinx like a hawk. Eventually, though, she loosens the tension stare. Her gaze softens and her smile is sweet and innocent.
"Jinx. I feel that we can become quite good friends. Will you help me with something?"
The most noncommittal hum one could possibly give slipped out when "home" was mentioned. Last she remembered, she'd killed her home. Shot half of it dead and left the other behind since it'd never have her as she was. This place was just as much a home to her as the Undercity at that point. Just somewhere to exist.
But that was something she never found uncomfortable. It was more the circumstances the Stars subjected them to that drew her ire. At least it wasn't a cage they had to suffer alone- something Orchid seemed quite keen to pick up on. Though Jinx remained wary, she forced herself to stay in place when the woman approaches. The kindness in her expression does little to truly ease her mind, even if it does make her less inclined to turn her away.
Besides, she liked being helpful.
"... I could. Whether or not I will depends on what that something is."
