Daily Logan Drabbles

For example- Virgil was a lot more flexible than the others. He could easily entertain Patton and Roman by contorting his body- Logan found it a bit discomforting.

Roman easily spoke to birds, summoning them into the mindscape and allowed them to rest on his finger. Unfortunately, he scared them away by all his frustrated screaming.

In himself, Patton was just altogether a cute and exceptional side. No matter what he did, the other sides just couldn’t find themselves able to feel any less than enthused once he entered the room.

Now, for Logan. His small ability wasn’t too extravagant, nor was it well-known among the others. On the contrary, actually. He didn’t like doing it, thinking it was embarrassing. Logan felt like he would die of embarrassment if they ever all found out.

Logan could alter his voice and make it sound much more different than usual. But, it wasn’t like Virgil’s echo. No, not at all. His voice altering could only go so far.

He’s deemed it his loli voice.

So, of course he would be embarrassed whenever he would see if he could still do it. Of course he could. He made small noises in the feminine voice, as well as creating short sentences. That’s all he needed. It would eventually come in handy, probably when the others dragged him to a situation that involved prank calling someone.

And prank calls they did.

Around the living room, the four gathered and spoke about both dares and truths. It was Roman’s idea, wanting them to come together and play a quick game of truth or dare. Logan and Virgil had to be coaxed into it, but with the promise of cuddles from Patton for Virgil and a jar of Crofter’s from Roman for Logan, they stayed.

“Logan- truth or dare?” Roman asked, taking Logan by surprise. The two before him had chosen truth, so he didn’t really have a choice. “Dare.”

“You have to make a phone call and order us pizza...” He began, handing Logan the phone, “...in a weird voice.”

In a flash, Logan took the phone and knew exactly what he wanted to order and exactly how he was going to order it. Without a second thought, he nodded a small bit and dialed the number, coughing a bit to get right to the voice he needed to make.

“Ah... H-hewwo? Mr. Pizza man?” He greeted in the most innocent-sounding, high pitched voice he could manage. He sounded almost just like a small child. Of course, upon speaking, the other sides’ eyes widened and their jaws dropped, having to stop themselves from saying anything. “Could I order one meat lovers pizza?” He asked upon the worker greeting him, assuming he was on the line with a younger pre-teen. “Large.” He nodded a bit, glancing over at the others as the man on the other line wanted to know if they wanted anything else.

That’s when Roman seemed to choke and Virgil nearly fainted. “Extra sausage.” He made direct eye contact with Roman, almost as if he was taunting him.

“Thank you! Goodbye!” He bade the worker farewell as he hung up and immediately dropped the bubbly voice, turning from uncharacteristically sweet and childlike to uncharacteristically deep and sharp-cut. “I hope you like the same kind of pizza I do because I’m not ordering again.”

Virgil gave a slow clap and Roman’s mouth was still gaping. Patton was staring at him in confusion, wondering how in the world he could manage to pull that off.

To say they were less careful with their dares from that point on would be an understatement.
