TURNING YOUR LIFE OVER TO GOD

We all know self care can get very expensive on the pockets. Also we know self care is not just about the outside but also the inside and the mental. We know both can be very EXPENSIVE! 

We all know buying self care items can be expensive it can range from $25 Dollars and on up. That’s simply can be fixed, Start by buying inexpensive skin care items. All named brand items may not work for everyone and also everyone may not be able to afford them. Some places you can by these inexpensive items at are... Walmart, Target , Cvs, Walgreens, Tjmaxx, Marshalls, You also can get the Spa feel right in the comfort of your home.  

Like myself i do get alot of my skin care products from Tj Maxx, Walmart; and also Target.( I live for target ;)).  For example being that I have Oily and Sensitive skin, I know to pick products that are used for oily skin and sensitive skin. Mainly Aloe Vera Products. Which we know Aloe Vera is a Natural product and works great with all skin types. 

We all Know self care also means Mental. Some things you can also do for your mental for self care is. You can take walks. walking can help maintain a healthier Heart, and walking can also shed stress and enhance calm energy, making it the perfect way to practice self care. Meditation is also a GREAT source. slowly inhaling and exhaling the next. This helps you think about your connection with the EARTH. It also helps you feel in touch with your body mind and soul, which reduces stress. You also can use Aromatherapy oils , Aromatherapy diffuser. Which I idefinitely uses every day while doing my self care routine at night and also to sleep, which helps calms me and also relaxes my body so I can have a peaceful sleep. 

These are just a few ideas that I do on the daily. So I thought to share a few of them. I know a lot of people suffer with mental health and also lack in self care and want to change there personal care ( self care) around. Self-care is important for your physical health as well as your mind, soul and, let's face it, your overall health. Without self-care, your relationships with others can suffer tremendously. Nextweek's blog will explaine how you can practice self-care on a budget, which is important. But true self-care doesn't have to cost a dime! Self-care is important, but some people think it's selfish or inconsiderate. We know self-care actually makes you more effective and energetic. When you avoid things that make you feel physically and mentally well, you deplete your confidence and self-esteem. Self-care is important to maintain a healthy relationship with yourself, sometimes called self-love. It produces positive feelings, which improves confidence and self-esteem too.

I didn't know where to start with my first posting, So I thought to introduce myself. Welcome to my New Blog Kaelyn Daily, I always wanted to make a blog but ;I finally sat down and did it, Please sit and relax, get your star bucks coffee whatever drink to your liking. My blog is based on the 4 things that I love and live by " lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty & Most Important love".  As a little girl I would always be in my mother's makeup, watching her cook in the kitchen, Doing her motherly duties I was always there right up under her wing learning.
