Understand your strengths, weaknesses, what you believe, and what you want. This is like the starting point for respecting yourself.

Decide how you want others to treat you. Say "no" when you need to and think about what's best for you.

Set things you want to do and finish. When you do them, you'll feel really good about yourself.

Be with people who make you feel good and avoid people who make you feel bad.

Say what you want or how you feel in a strong but nice way.

If you do something wrong, don't be mad at yourself forever. Everybody makes mistakes.

Sometimes, think about the things you do and why you do them. This helps you stay true to yourself.

When you do something good, even if it's small, give yourself a pat on the back.

1. Get crystal clear on HER.

Who is she?

✨ What energy does she bring into a room?

✨ What boundaries does she hold?

✨ What does her skin feel like, her walk sound like, her spirit move like?

2. Make decisions like she would.

Ask: What would the version of me who loves herself do right now?

That’s your cue.

3. Say “I am” until it becomes true.

→ I am soft but grounded.

→ I am creating the life I deserve.

→ I am becoming a woman I’m proud to know.

4. Surround yourself with reminders.

✨ Pinterest boards.

✨ Sticky notes.

✨ Voice memos.

✨ Mood playlists.

Romanticize the process, even the messy middle.

5. Stay consistent with small habits.

Soft girl doesn’t mean lazy. That girl? She shows up.

Even when it’s not aesthetic. Even when she’s tired.

Because her future is worth it.

I don’t blame others for my mistakes or misfortune. I find it’s pretty pathetic if you can’t own up to the problems you’ve caused or played some part in.

Apparently, my self-deprecating humour put others at ease.

Sorry that I take more of an interest in you, enquiring the subjects people don’t ask you. I just want to feel closer to you.

Maybe I don’t say the correct words to make you feel better or say them in the way you would like - on a stand in front of everyone and anyone. I have my own unique way of saying I care about you.
