그룹 B.A.P가 소속사 분쟁을 끝냈다. 지난해 11월 ‘TS 엔터테인먼트’(이하 ‘TS’)에 ‘전속계약무효확인 및 부당이득반환청구’ 소송을 제기한 후 약 7개월 만이다.

‘TS’ 측은 3일 “B.A.P가 지난 1일 소속사로 돌아왔다”며 “당사는 사건 발생 직후부터 B.A.P와 원만한 해결을 위해 최선을 다했다. 끊임없는 대화로 신뢰를 회복했다”고 밝혔다.

앞서 B.A.P는 ‘TS’에 노예 계약을 주장했다. 지난 2012년 데뷔 이후 2014년 7월까지 1인당 1,790만원을 정산 받았다는 것. 또 멤버들에게 무리한 스케줄을 강행했다고 토로했다.

‘TS’ 측은 정산 문제 부터 갈등을 풀었다. 관계자는 “멤버들이 수익금 분배에 대해 이해하지 못하는 부분이 많았다”며 “그동안의 지출을 설명하고, 오해를 풀었다”고 설명했다.

스케줄 강행도 더 이상 없다는 입장이다. ‘TS’ 측은 “B.A.P가 더 좋은 음악을 만들 수 있도록 더욱 세심하게 배려 하겠다”며 “상처를 입었을 B.A.P 멤버들과 부모님, 팬들에게 죄송하다”고 말했다.

Group BAP has ended their dispute with their company. Since last November TS Entertainment (shortened TS) 7 months after suing them for contract nullification and unfair treatment.

TS representatives revealed on the 3rd “BAP has returned to the company on the 1st” and “We have tried our best to come to an agreeable solution with BAP as soon as the incident happened. We have recovered their trust with continuous conversations”.

Previously BAP has said that TS had insisted on a slave contract. After debuting in 2012 until July 2014, they have received payment of $17,900 per member. Also they exposed that they forced them to go through with difficult schedules against their will.

TS representatives have resolved the conflict with calculation of payment. A representative explained “There were parts of the profit distribution that the members didn’t understand” and “We explained the expenses from the meanwhile, and resolved the misunderstanding”.

They have also shown the position that forcing them to do schedules would be no more. TS representatives said “We will treat BAP with care and respect so they can making more good music” and “We aplogize for hurting the B.A.P members, their parents, and their fans”.
