*looks a bit surprised by that, as though he didn’t expect Darion to continue resisting like that, and changes tact a bit* Darion, are you sure? *he begins to start to push at Darion’s mind, but subtly, nearly nothing behind it, trying to plant the suggestion that leaving here would be the best choice* Your responsibility is for the Ebon Blade, not the Scourge. Technically, that makes him my responsibility. It would be for the best if you left him to me.

*Bolvar seems to make a good point yet again, though ordinarily this would be something Darion would probably dispute without thought. Doubt was still present, but things were starting to stack up in Bolvar’s favour very gradually. Darion’s grip on Rivendare’s hand was weaker now, almost tentative* I… but… is he really still a part of the Scourge? Naxxramas is defunct, I thought… *he trails off, there being too much doubt in his mind to finish the thought* 

*is just about aware enough that he notices Darion’s grip weakening, and looks up at him with what seems like fear in his eyes. He squeezes Darion’s hand, his own grip weak with his fading strength, as though he realises what Bolvar’s doing, but can’t really do anything to stop him*

*is too busy focusing on Darion to notice anything going on, and continues with his words backed by his mental suggestions* Well, would he have wanted to tell you he was Scourge? I don't think you would have gone for him if you'd known that was the case, would you? He’s a danger to the Ebon Blade, and a danger to you. Really, you’d be best being rid of him.

I don’t think he’s ever had an ounce of remorse for his actions, his concern only seems to be for himself, no one else. *his expression turns softer as he looks at Darion* I know you like to see the good in everyone, but forcing some idea of good on someone who has no semblance of it isn’t a good tactic. He’s not worth it Darion, it’d be better for you if you just left and forgot about him.

And even worse, on top of all that, he’s one of the key reasons Lordaeron fell to the plague in the first place. That hardly makes him one of the good guys, does it? Wouldn’t it be better for everyone if he was dead for good?

*Bolvar is, unfortunately, already back on the throne and is gazing down at Darion, honestly actually looking bored though numerous minor wounds visible on his chest and arms show that it couldn’t have been too easy a fight to get the Throne back. At his feet, sitting against the Throne and impaled on his own runeblade, is Baron Rivendare, though he’s still definitely alive and conscious as when he sees Darion, he actually tries to move, looking concerned, but gets nowhere as it seems that the blade is imbedded through him and into the Throne itself. This action makes Bolvar smirk for a second, before he turns his gaze back to Darion, as though waiting for him to speak rather than speaking himself*

*freezes up, staring in horror at Rivendare and Bolvar. Any words get caught in his throat from the pure shock of it all. Throwing caution to the wind, Darion runs forward to kneel by Rivendare, examining the wound with dread* Oh fuck… what… Bolvar, what did you do?! 

*doesn’t seem that bothered by Darion approaching, and just shrugs* I took my crown back, and gave him- *at that Bolvar kicks Rivendare in the side, earning a slight pained noise from Rivendare as the blade digs further through into him* -the punishment he deserves for taking it from me to begin with.

*doesn’t know what to do to help, eventually just taking Rivendare’s hand and squeezing it gently* …You… you didn’t have to do that, he– it was my idea. My plan. He didn’t deserve this.
