The great philosopher @yournudemom once said “find people you can be nude AND comfortable with” and whether she meant it literally, figurative, or both, it’s some really good advice.

To protect yourself from the elements, clothing serves a purpose. But you shouldn’t wear clothes out of a sense of shame. We still know, the naked body is not disgusting, rude, or shameful. There are reasons to let your body be free! You don’t need to be wearing anything to be yourself! Let go of clothes and let your body be in its natural state.
