*smiles widely as he takes the shirt* But not all the mess! I’m so glad that potion worked so well, I need to record it in my journal *takes out journal and polaroid camera* No thank you!  Mind if I take a picture? I just like documenting what I can learn and practice on my own!

A photograph? Oh, of course. *he holds out the shirt again, so she can take a picture*

*frowns slightly* Ah yes, because your opinion of me is so incredibly important to my world.

“I meant with the tight shirts.” She laughed, grabbing a shirt and heading over to him. “But Bruce Banner, huh? He was always my favorite.” She hands him the new shirt and takes the one he had. “So does that mean you’ll hulk out someday?”

*slips into the shirt* Ah, much better, thank you. *he smooths down the fabric* I sort of do my own version of.. “hulking out”.

*Lifting shirt out of the creek with the shirt without a stain* Look at that! It’s like new! Although I would wait for it to dry before trying to put it on again *giggles* 

Oh? You say that like you’re ashamed? I can see how it definitely may not work with farming though, but you should definitely not be ashamed…you’re still more powerful than I am!

*he wiggles his shoulders and lifts his arms, but can’t raise them very high* It’s too tight across my shoulders.. *blushes lightly*

“Uh, I’m sure you’re anything but a disaster.”

Lauren looks him over and laughs. “You look like Captain America. Okay, hold on, I’ll find you one.”  She goes to the cabinets to find another, larger, camp shirt.

Captain America? *frowns, his nose wrinkling* I think I’d rather be Bruce Banner, thank you?

*Now scrubbing the last bits of red off of his shirt with a wooden brush from her knapsack* That sounds like such a pleasant way to be raised! I love animals a lot.

*Dunking the shirt in water, looking up at him* What are your powers?

*clears his throat, watching her hands and not looking at her face* I’m a Grim Reaper.
