i hate the grind. i hate for artists to hop on trends just to be noticed. i hate what i hear abt art communities in general. from this day forward i promise myself to make a name for myself through art that i am proud of and art that i want to make. no more forcing art and dumb sketches just to have something to post. i dont know when ill come back but i hope it wont be long. i used to love doing these things. i used to love my ocs. i want to learn to love doing this again, and hopefully by then ill improve everything about my art. i want people who feel the same way i do to also realize that we shouldnt be grinding art, and just let it be art.

i think what made me continuously burnt out in the past couple years was the mentality i had that made everything into "work", so ill be trying my best to reclaim art as a hobby for now until im able to do this professionally :D

i forgot to post yesterday :)

lots of stuff going on recently, i didnt know what to do with very little time so i drew maxwell cus cats make me happy :>

almost forgot to post, completely overwhelmed by work, happy bday shenhe :D

anyway i finally got c1, she was my first 5* and got her on her debut banner :D

wrote a test and submitted an isu in the same day for the same class and didnt remember to draw til tonight :)

also i definitely didnt forget to post on time and its not midnight the day after
