For CybFest NW, we use a Dealer Application process. This enables us to better coordinate with Dealers to ensure that they are registering for their best table options and that we understand each Dealer's needs and preferences before the show. More importantly, this gives us an opportunity to pre-emptively collect useful information to integrate into online Dealer profiles for Attendees and to help all of our Dealers grow their brands and reputations.

An update to the Dealer Application this year is the addition of Exhibitors. In the past, we have had robotics teams, Lego displays, and customizers presenting their creations in the Dealer Room. We have traditionally reached out to these groups ourselves, but we wanted to expand the Dealer Application this year to allow all of you to reach out to us as well. If you have something you would like to display or present in the CybFest NW Dealer Room, select "Exhibitor" in your application and let us know how you think you would add to the show.

As we mentioned in our last announcement of the date for CybFest NW 2026, we will be holding our Inaugural Community Night on Friday, July 10! This pre-registered-only event will be from 3:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and will feature several community-themed activities. Many details are still being finalized, but we wanted to share what we can now:

Attendance to Community Night will be an option when Attendee pre-registration opens in a few weeks, so be sure to sign up early if you plan to attend.

We are pleased to announce that the thirteenth annual CybFest NW convention, CybFest NW 2026, will be held on Saturday, July 11 at the Kent Commons Community Center. Click here to see our full press release.

We are also incredibly excited to announce that we are going to start expanding the show beyond just Saturday. This year, we will be holding our Inaugural Community Night on Friday, July 10! This pre-registered-only event will have several planned activities focused on the thing that has made CybFest NW more successful than anything else: the amazing, local Transformers community. More details about this limited event will be revealed in the coming weeks before Attendee pre-registration opens.

Dealer applications will open soon, and attendee pre-registration shortly after that, so be sure to stay tuned so you can reserve your dealer tables and tickets early. Also, keep coming back here and checking our social media channels to learn about all of this year's activities.
