Sash Neo aka Sash the Former Metal Sonic from my freedom planet X Sonic Au, outfit could change as the game I used adds more clothes but for now this is him, this is obviously an organic Metal Sonic AU but here he wanted to be as disconnected from Sonic as possible and be his own person so he built his body using water dragon DNA with a bit of orca to fill the gaps in the genome, and yeah while he technically is this AUs version of Sash Lilac, he is still more Metal Sonic than Lilac, this is also a MetAmy AU with Polyamory with Carol Tea later down the line

Also the humour of Metal Sonic short circuiting from seeing Amy in a bunny suit or other more risque outfits is always a funny gag to me, like guy gets so flustered by his Rose he blows a fuse

So any Metamy fans interested in hearing about an idea revolving around Amy being a witch in less the pop culture way and more the irl witchcraft way?

Obviously there's going to be fantasy to it but yeah I think it could be interesting for Metal Sonic to discover Amy performing magic and it challenging how he sees her

If this sparks inspiration in anyone btw go for it, I wanna hear about it

ofc! I tried writing a story with a "modern eclectic witch" type character once but the inspo came and went lol, so it'd be cool to hear this idea. i'm down for anything metamy anyway lol

Well there's like two ideas bouncing around in my head rn

1 is Metal gets himself tangled up with angry spirits after he destroys a protective seal, leading to system errors and eventually a kernel panic (unix bsod), Amy senses the spirits and after she rescued him Metal reboots in a salt circle with protective glyphs drawn on him in ash, Amy watching over him while simply drinking tea.

2. everyone aside from Amy and Metal disappear, wanting to find Sage, Cubot and Orbot more than Eggman honestly, Metal teams up with Amy and gets surprised when instead of using tarot, Amy uses bones for divination instead because it doesn't fit his predictive model he's built for her actions and as she uses more witchcraft as they go deeper into the mystery, Metal finds his worldview getting challenged further and further.

So for lost princess AU Lilac has a royal name she uses for official business she's still Sash Lilac but she also goes by the name she found out Cordelia and Merga were going to use if she'd actually grown up with at least one of her mothers.

Her royal name is Mayari, water dragons are Filipino their native language is Tagalog you can find this in the game itself in the book by Amaranta she uses the Tagalog word for mother Naynay so I figured both Cordelia and Merga would want to use an indigenous name for their daughter, anyway in Philippine mythology, Mayari is a goddess of the moon and the daughter of Bathala, renowned for her beauty, strength, and wisdom.

Also I know I inspired another Princess Lilac fanfic so I just want to say if you get inspired by this too that's perfectly fine, goes for everyone actually.
