I mean, he has the qualities. He is evil. He’s power-hungry and ambitious. Lots of people get hurt and/or die because of him.

And yet he’s calm, he’s polite, he doesn’t appear to revel in the torture and isn’t the one doing it, just orders someone else to do it and makes it feel like it’s the victim’s fault. And then he’s there with the bandages or towels. He engineers problems and offers solutions and manipulates you under his control under the illusion of choice, under his compassionate insistence that he is the good guy.

And anyone who can’t be won over is reduced to animal status and slaughtered and sacrificed under “justifiable” logical reasons and if you don’t agree, it’s because you’re the fool. But oh, don’t worry, he’ll teach you. He’ll help you.
