Phoebus looked towards her to see she had tossed a few apples to him and went to catch them. “Thank you,” he said with a smile, before biting into one of them. “You’re actually a pretty well mannered kitten.”

“And out of curiosity, do you have a name?” Although she couldn’t speak, he was certain she’d find a way to say her name somehow.

She paused briefly and thought about it. She didn’t have a proper name like a pet or a human. Kittenbus was all she was known as… but wasn’t a name more of a general name for her kind in their kid form.

Her inside lit up a little and expanded. She looked at him and tilted her head, ears flicking rapidly. She lifted up and started floating a little, sniffing and backtracking his scent. Hrm… humans got lost pretty easy out here.
