Out of curiosity, an interest check: were I to start a YouTube channel, would any of y’all be interested? Most if not all videos would be about otherkin, most of them probably discussing different subjects within the community in an informational way, some opinion pieces, some personal videos, etc. Mostly because the scene on otherkin YouTube videos is something like 90% “cringe compilations” or similar things, and I’m not a fan of that, so I’d like to put good information out there. But it would take some doing to figure out a recording and upload schedule and get a setup put together, so I wanted to interest-check first.
Leave a like/reblog/reply below if you’d be interested, and maybe what kinds of videos you’d be interested in if you want to add that!
It’s a good idea, though might I recommend putting out transcripts of your videos as well? They’d work well for all hoh/deaf/bad-at-audio-processing folks and for those of us who tbh just don’t go for videos often. :O
I definitely will do that! It’s possible to manually make subtitles instead of leaving it to YouTube automatic subtitles, right? Because I’ll also definitely do that. Thanks for the reminder!
