ed edd n eddy episode where there’s supposedly a ghost haunting the cul-de-sac, and so The Ed Boys step up to the plate and decide to hunt down & get rid of this ghost (for a small fee of course).  call that Ed-Busters

I think they’ve had love for each other since they were very small, but the actual feelings and realization happen later. For Double D, I think it’s throughout the show, and for Eddy, later in highschool, but only because he’s in denial. Edd would confess first. And I think he’d understand that Eddy isn’t ready, and let him discover things on his own.

Then I see Dee dating other people during this period because he’s a hopeless romantic, and Eddy (secretly) has boyfriends. Because he’s not ready to come out yet. I mean, everyone kinda knows, but it’s important to let him come out on his own terms.

I’ve grown to really dislike the whole Edd and Eddy on the DL thing because writers in this fandom make them excessively annoying and pompous. There’s also a lot of cheating. And it’s stupid and overdone, Eddy wouldn’t hurt Dee after BPS and Edd wouldn’t stand for it either. He would just dip.
