Ingredients: 2 lbs boneless chicken thighs, thinly sliced. 1 cup soy sauce. 1/4 cup rice vinegar. 2 tablespoons sesame oil. 1/4 cup honey. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated. 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon cornstarch. 1/4 cup water. Cooked jasmine rice, for serving. Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish. Toasted sesame seeds, for garnish.
Instructions: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and Sriracha. Add chicken slices to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in water to create a slurry. Pour into the skillet with chicken and cook until the sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Serve the chicken over cooked jasmine rice, garnished with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
