Anxiety, you're dead to me.

Here's the big fat confession: I suffer from mild anxiety. It's nothing big, but whenever the wave strikes, it's quite terrible to be in that situation. And last night was one such night where I had to talk myself, like be a coach, like a full on pep talk session was going on, where I told myself that I am going to fight this. I'm going to beat the crap out of anxiety. And if it requires seeking help, I will do that as well. But whatever is in my capacity, I will do everything to live my best life. For me photography has always been that medium, where I can express my thoughts the best. I also fancy myself as I writer. I know I can string a few words and make a stanza work with the stroke of my pen. So together with these two arsenal of mine, I'm on a mission to fight anxiety. I'm turning this into a Project. Project 10 Days of Killing Anxiety. For 10 days I want to commit to uploading pictures, writing text that's motivates not just me but anyone, and everyone who can relate. ❤️🌸
