Hmm, I don't even know if you guys will answer or not... But I'd like to know: what percentage of the demo did you manage to complete (on a scale of 1 to 100%)?

Honestly its hard to say for our first demo, because we released it at a time when we were still designing the game and changing our minds often. However for our next demo, we're looking to have completed roughly 10% of the game and roughly a third of its mechanics.
