When it comes to self love, I don’t speak to myself in the mirror saying „I love you“. I don’t really have any specific ritual for self love. I don’t need the most expensive skin care routines, I don’t need to swim in holy water or holy milk or eat specific diets or anything external. It is just an attitude I decide to have toward myself. It is all about the mind and the way I decide to think of myself. I am great. I am powerful. I am irreplaceable. I am unique. I am the light of my world. I am love. I am good. I am blessed. Those are part of my self love and no person on earth nor any circumstance can take those thoughts. Because I don’t allow it. Again: CONSCIOUS DECISION.
