We have confirmed that, following the cancellation of the “2024 ONEW FANMEETING <GUESS!> IN KUALA LUMPUR,” ticket refunds for some fans have not yet been processed.

At the time, GRIFFIN Entertainment had entrusted the management of the Asian tour—including the artist’s participation—to the agency Power Casting, while Faith & D Entertainment (hereinafter “Faith & D”) was in charge of the overall planning and operation of the tour. Specifically, the Malaysia concert was organized by Faith & D under a contract with the local promoter MND Sport & Event Sdn Bhd (hereinafter “MND”), and MND was also responsible for collecting ticket sales proceeds and processing refunds.

The concert was unilaterally canceled due to circumstances on the part of the local promoter, MND. Following the cancellation, our company and Power Casting, together with our contractual partner Faith & D, have continuously requested that MND process the refunds to ensure they are handled properly. However, the refund process has not been completed according to the originally announced schedule, and we have now reached a point where even normal communication with MND has become difficult.

Although the contractual structure prevents our company or Power Casting from processing refunds directly, we have continued to make every effort to resolve the issue through available means for the sake of the fans, who have endured this inconvenience for a long time.

Currently, Faith & D is also pursuing legal action against MND, and we are reviewing additional legal measures we can take to resolve this matter.

However, recognizing the gravity of the prolonged inconvenience our fans have faced, we are considering offering a discount on ticket purchases for any future On Yu concerts in Malaysia to those who have been confirmed as not having received a refund to date.

Once the details regarding future concerts and the application of the discount are finalized, we will provide separate instructions on how to apply and verify eligibility.

Please note that even if this discount is applied, it is separate from any refunds for the outstanding amounts and does not affect your existing right to request a refund.

and we will continue to do our best to live up to your trust.
