But anyways, the race was eventful the expected. Wasn’t expecting multiple DNFs and certainly did not expect the amount of luck Kimi has thanks to George’s DNF. I really enjoyed their back and forth too. Perhaps this was vindication for the sprint race? Also happy to see Max on a podium, it just feels right after the NLS.

The FIA was pretty generous with the penalties but oddly enough none for the Mercs. George’s probably just going to get a fine with that headrest. It’s almost unfair.

It’s extra outrageous that they even have to be loud about it. Virtue signaling to fellow puritans like a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

The movies about rich people still acting like the medieval royals but in the modern setting do not sound so farfetched anymore.

I may fave Oscar but I can’t imagine hating other drivers like it’s a comic book good vs evil. If he doesn’t win a podium, I still find myself cheering for the winners.

In fact the only people I’ve hated so far are the principals or the CEO.

I just cringe when they swap to big brother, big sister (don’t even get me started with elder sister/brother smh), mister, and teacher.

Another reminder: Paramount is the same studio who produces the Sonic the Hedgehog movies (film rights) and based on what happened they may consider the general public’s sentiment and change their mind.

Personally I think it would be in their best interest to theatrically release the ATLA film.

The anime films have pretty good box office so the medium shouldn’t be a deterrent.

ATLA has a large fanbase age range so they have the Nostalgia trump card (and based on their recent films, they do that a lot).

And they definitely need a W against Netflix, who only has the live action rights to the god awful remake, especially since they lost the WB bid. So from a petty standpoint it would be a middle finger to them. Bonus because the original creators left the Netflix one for creative differences but this one they are heavily involved with.

This film can be the starting point for Avatar Studio’s other films.

Anyways, let’s go see Gaang once again but on the big screen!
