C Spire now offers Rebel WiFi, a stadium WiFi service available during all Ole Miss home football games.  Rebel WiFi is available for free for all current C Spire customers and for all other Ole Miss Football fans for $2.99/game.

How much does it cost?

Free for C Spire customers. It is $2.99 per game for non-C Spire customers.  If you reserved a WiFi Season Pass through your Pre-season ticket purchase, you will simply enter your Wifi code that you received in an email from C Spire.

 How do I access the network?

You must be in the stadium to access the network. WiFi is currently not available in the North Endzone.

Launch Settings on your device and make sure that WiFi is turned on.

Check the available networks that appear under: Choose a Network.

Select Rebel WiFi by C Spire.

Select C Spire Customer- FREE, Non-customers - $2.99, or Season Pass, depending on which option applies to you.

Is WiFi available throughout the entire stadium?

No, WiFi is currently not available in the North Endzone. WiFi access will be available in this section beginning with the 2016 season. WiFi is available in all other sections, suites, concourse, and Rebel Club box areas.

Why am I unable to connect to Rebel WiFi by C Spire?

There could be several reasons.  

Make sure WiFi is on

Make sure you choose the Rebel WiFi by C Spire network

If you purchased a Season Pass, ensure you are entering the correct WiFi code

If you purchase in game, you will automatically connect to Rebel W-Fi by C Spire when your payment processes

If you are still having issues connecting, contact C Spire at 1-855-277-4735

 What is a Season Pass?

A Season Pass allows fans to enjoy Rebel WiFi by C Spire all season long. Season Passes were available for purchase online with season ticket renewals. If you purchased a Season Pass, check your email to view your personal WiFi code.

 Will I have to enter my WiFi code for every home game?

No. After you have entered your WiFi code once, your device will automatically connect to Rebel WiFi by C Spire if your devices WiFi setting is on during each game.  

 I purchased a Family Season Pass and received more than one code.  How do I distribute these codes?

If you purchased a Family Season Pass, be sure to distribute your codes only to the individuals that will be using WiFi the entire season. Assigned WiFi codes are non-transferable after being activated the first time.

What if I change devices during the 2015 Season?

If you purchased a Season Pass and changed devices during the season, you will need to contact customer care at 1 (855) 277-4735 to be assigned a new WiFi code.

What should I do if my WiFi code is not working?

Please be sure to check that you are entering your code correctly. Please note, if your code was previously used by another device, it will no longer be able to access the network. If these scenarios do not apply, please call our customer care hotline at 1 (855) 277-4735.
