I've heard a lot of good things about Lush, including people recommending their products for self care during fibro flares, but I often have problems with bath products smelling too strong. Was wondering if anyone had any experience w/ Lush and SPD?

Hi there,

I have never personally bought anything from Lush and their products actually have a lot of chemicals I am sensitive to. I just can’t handle them without getting sick, so I avoid Lush.

Anyone else with SPD have experience with Lush?

butterball and Sakura are probably the two most mellow bath bombs, they both have a very light scent and no extra colors. Sakura does have some popping candies in it but to me it just sounds like dripping water.

honest question but what would be a good lush bath bomb and/or bubble bar for a ritual bath for Haides and Persephone

Persephone likes flowers, if I'm not mistaken? For bombs, Sex Bomb is a Jasmine & Ylang Ylang blend with a small sugar paper rose in it. Guardian of the Forest has Cypress oil which is associated with Hades and has a really nice fresh springy scent. Plus it turns the water a gorgeous green. For bubbles, The Comforter also has cypress oil, along with black currant and bergamot oil. Some floral options are A French Kiss (lavender and rosemary, would pair beautifully with Guardians!), Pink Flamingo (Ylang Ylang, bergamot, and rosewood), or Rose Jam Bubbleroon (rose, geranium, and lemon.)
