A week and a half ago I had to run to the ER cause of an intolerable back pain. I strained it during a long study session (ironically). I've had back & neck problems since High School due to many reasons. The doctor treated me and I had to stop working out to avoid hurting it again. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ After the first week I started spiraling down, getting cranky, oversensitive and unmotivated. My body started feeling weak, bloated and swollen. My muscles were debilitating too; I was going down the same hole as before. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ But today I woke up and said NO!!!⁣⁣ No more giving up, no more excuses nor self pity. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ I once made a commitment to myself that I was gonna fight for me, that I was gonna rise above all and be happy for me and the ones I love. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ So this is me, holding myself accountable, fighting for me and showing you guys that it's ok to fall.
