Strange Signals Through The Pines

OMG!!! I am always down for something weird and this hits the nail on the head.

I watched the first episode and it wasn’t bad. I am really looking forward to more episodes.

I do wish they ran with a multiverse and made an 80s cartoon mini series with Sheldon, Leonard, Howard, Raj, Penny, Bernadette, Amy, and Missy… All end up living on the same street and have various adventures thanks to Sheldon and the gang’s inventions. From stopping a mad scientist with a weather machine to facing down an alien invasion to getting sucked into a D&D fantasy world.

I don’t know why, but it’s cool. It’s not like I am going to be living what some call the high life. I will be seeking out everything I love as I enjoy living with my boyfriend.

Maybe I will partially revealed myself…

Omg…. I didn’t want to give this a shot at first because I thought it was just sex. I mean nothing wrong with that, but I wanted a story. I finally gave in and read, For The Fans by Nyla K. What can I say about this book… I will say nothing, but encourage you to read it because it was so interesting. It felt so different from everything I have read before. These are two characters I want to be friends with and keep following their story.

I finished Devil’s Mark by Lark Taylor in 24 hours. I guess that means it’s good because it really was. My only complaint is… Well it’s not just from this book, but all the ones I have been reading. I want more diversity and weird guys. I want to see myself in the book as far as just an oddball guy goes. I like diversity and I don’t want to feel like I am drowning in a glass of milk.

I am new to this whole MM romance thing, so recommendations for books with BIPOC characters and BIPOC authors would be wonderful.

Two things in Devil’s Mark that stood out to me was how wonderfully protective Cal is and the story features a bookstore!!!

I am supposed to be unloading books and I keep buying more!?!
