Hey so I really screwed up my wrists a few years back doing, near as I can tell, literally nothing different, and this advice is evergreen. Take care of your wrists or like me it will take more than a year to recover from daily pain.

Worried about your wrists or already feeling pain? Wear wrist braces while you sleep. I use Mueller braces nightly even though my wrists are recovered.

Struggling with pain now, but need to keep your hands flexible? I have a ton of Sparthos Wrist Support Sleeves and keep them in every bag. Make sure you get the right size because you don't want them to be too tight, but these things saved me from a lot of suffering.

Incorporate daily hand/wrist stretches into your routine now! Taking the time to do this will save you a lot of pain and suffering, believe me. I really like the following video:

Instead of choosing an intensive, unrealistic, or punishing goal this New Year ask yourself: What is one simple thing that would enrich my life this new year? Maybe you can do three paintings this year. Maybe you can buy and care for a potted plant. Maybe you can learn to cook one meal exceptionally well. You don't need to push yourself to the brink. Let's stop committing to punishing goals based on insecurity and start asking what will enrich our lives.

People are downvoting me on reddit just because I explained he/him lesbians and how they're not new. It's literally been around for decades. People can use whatever pronouns, why do you care?

Someone insinuated that if pronouns =/= gender, they can misgender people as like a gotcha.

I don't know why I thought this would go over better than it did. Sometimes I have too much faith in people.

Every time I talk about my illness around my dad and his girlfriend they always react with dead fucking silence. It's awkward and frustrating as hell. This stuff impacts my daily life, I just want you to know what's up with me ffs
