Star Wars Gungan oc! She is from another Gungan city that was formed from the bubbles that didn't attach to the original city/kingdom that later formed in another part of the water on Naboo. Her father and his brother were twins that rule this city together the brother in the hot seat as Cie-Cie's dad works by his side in the background. He was supposed to be the head ruler but didn't like the spot light so him and his brother worked together as one ruler. The brother learns that he can't produce offspring so Cie-Cie became the next in line to lead. With so much responsibility she would sneak out to relax and that's how she met her life long friend Jar Jar Binks. The became friends at a young age and continues to, though it does evolve into more later on. She eventually gets pulled into the galactic government as another representative and uses her position to help the rebels and Jedi when the rise of the empire happens. She also has a pet Otta named Pebble. There is more story but I feel like I already typed too much lol so I'll post more later :>
