Maya felt offended when Weaver asked her about Terminus Island: "What are you, my therapist?"
Maya told Weaver that he'll be her stable boy if she ever had a castle. Jokingly, yes, though jokes don't come out of nowhere.
When Weaver tried to spark a conversation about the artifact on The Tomb, Maya replied with: "Nice pep talk, fearless leader" in a sarcastic tone
On Reckoning, they were on opposite ends and didn't agree with each other at all.
Weaver and Carver
Long history and a bond that stayed strong despite the imprisonment.
There's a good amount of intel between the two back in Cold War, though the most intimate one was What Tomorrow Brings from Outbreak:
Carver: Anyway, I was on my way out for the night. I just wanted to tell you... I know how you feel. Honestly.
Weaver: I appreciate it Carver.
Carver: Mac.
Weaver: Mac.
Carver: Let's see what tomorrow brings.
On Citadelle Des Morts, there was an audio log about Carver giving Weaver a tough love speech after noticing his quiet demeanor:
Carver: You're quiet. What's going on?
Weaver: Just coming to grips with the fact that I let Richtofen almost get us killed.
Carver: Try not to dwell on it. It's embarrassing for a man of your station. Well, former station.
Despite their disagreement on Reckoning, Carver understood how much Richtofen's family incident meant to Weaver.
Grey and Carver
Though they didn't interact much back in Requiem, the two bonded together on Terminus Island where Carver oversaw Grey's physical training. When they were discussing their conflicting sides on Reckoning, Grey stated that "Being friends doesn't mean we always have to agree".
Everyone hates Peck
It's no secret that Peck is hated by everyone except Maya due to their past. On some maps, Peck only appears in comms if you were playing as Maya.
Raptor One
Since Raptor One is always present as a pilot, there's not much dialogue between him and the crew that indicates his status with the others.
However, Back in 1985, Carver visited him in a hospital and gave him a box of chocolates while also putting him on leave. Raptor One indicated that his favorite chocolate is butterscotch, though he offered Carver a butterscotch piece at the end of their conversation. Implying that the understanding between them is mutual.
Raptor One: Good. I can't stand those creamy ones. My favorite's butterscotch - and then maybe the caramel.
Raptor One: Sir - One more thing...
Carver: Yes?
Raptor One: You want a butterscotch?
Later on in Citadelle Des Morts, Carver told Weaver that if the three of them weren't separated, they would've conspired on Terminus Island.
Carver: -Oh yeah, he probably figured if you, me, and Raptor One couldn't conspire - we'd be up shit creek.
Ravenov
While Carver noticed that Maya got "chummy" with Ravenov, the two didn't have strong conversations. To the point where Maya didn't answer Ravenov's question and replied with a joke instead. Implying Maya doesn't take him seriously.
Despite their history back in Requiem, Weaver doesn't seem to bond with him as well as they did before. In Citadelle Des Morts, Ravenov told him: "It is good to see you, my friend. You remind me of the purpose I once had" and Weaver's response was: "Fresh starts are the order of the day", implying the feeling isn't mutual.
Oddly enough, the one character that bonded with Ravenov the most is Carver, despite not meeting eye to eye back in the Requiem days. If you are playing solo and you want to hear Ravenov speaking more in each map, pick Carver next time.
Samantha
Honestly, Samantha requires her own lengthy post based on her history and her relations with the others. Though to make it brief: she was very close with Grey and viewed her as "more than a friend" while Grey said that she "fucking loved her" on Reckoning.
She shares a traumatic experience with Weaver. And he was very open with her, to the point where he cried after the incident. Though Weaver became more distant as Requiem operations went on.

I didn't feel like making anything for Citadelle since many artists (who are better than me) gave it enough love. And I'm not creative enough to make something interesting for Shattered Veil either.
So I read this small short fic (can’t find it again for the life of me) where the entire plot was just Peck and Weaver as adoptive siblings with their ages being swapped so peck is older. And the entire thing is that weaver called peck “big brother” constantly to piss him off. Because it makes Peck feel like a horrible adoptive brother. Also cause it’s funny to make everyone around them confused as hell because they just never told anyone they were adoptive siblings. It’s on their files but nobody’s checking that shit out XD
