and yes, you see it right. That IS the start of an animation.

I have a month to do it.

I started this literally 4 hours ago. I might add a bit more seeing as I was RUSHING to upload it,,, but hey, I got his far!

Midway through, I did show my mom the drawing + process and she said she was happy I inherited art,,,, I kinda like her art a LOT more than mine.

She draws a lot more realistic art I remember finding one of her sketches years go and it was like 90% naked women from behind. They were BEAUTIFUL.

Forgot the speed paint,,,,

I wanted to do something perspective wize,, I'm not the best at it, I'm learning it i mean,,

Because I dont know what I'm doing, I was going to draw Tami (the red haired girl I draw with Snape all the time, aka ME!!!)

I liked how it was, but I didn't love it. So, I thought more.

I drew over the original sketch, kepts what I liked, changed what I didn't.

I wanted them to sit on a chair and decided I actually wanted to draw Snape and not Tami.

I was going to draw a younger Snape because I've wanted to for a while. But I remembered the character and thought better on it,,, (Who would be looking at Younger Snape at that angle?)

I didn't think it looked right and I couldn't get the proportions how I wanted them

So I drew it at a secondary angle with the angle of camera

The edge lines helped me understand what would and what would not be in line of sight.

Thanks to that, I figured out how to actually map it how I wanted it

Full of rough shapes and drawn small on the canvas, I actually had a plan for how I wanted my art to look

So I made it bigger and redraw it in a "proper sketch"

I love it a lot already.

If I had to give past me advice on art,,,

I would say have fun.

Have fun in learning things,

Have fun in mapping things out in a - as i call - stupid shitty way,

Have fun with drawing things and changing you mind,

Have fun with drawing things at a different angle just to wrap your brain around it,

Just have fun.

No one is going to pop into your life and fill your brain with all the information your looking for.

So have fun. Enjoy learning because one day you'll settle for your process and be bored.
