The clouds puffed up in billowing tufts of facial cotton. The vibrant blue looked surreal. It was one of those afternoons where the sky looked too much like a renaissance oil painting.
Willow sat in the grass, knees crossed with a book open in her lap. Her brow stayed creased to mirror her concentration. She barely noticed how the sun had begun to darken with clouds.
The guidelines have been adjusted. Not much has changed but I had to make a few tweaks. There are too many people in the rpc that are not reading guidelines fully, and doing so leads to really annoying misunderstandings.
I will be that person for a hot second: We can tell when you don't actually read our rules. Your misunderstandings reflect how well you are paying attention. We can tell you are not paying attention by the inability to fill in gaps of obvious information, all of which is already posted. I really didn't think my rules needed to be tweaked, but I've absolutely had it.
This is why I am becoming much more selective.
I know for a fact I am not the only person experiancing this bullshit.

โข I will not write any muse under eighteen (18) years old. All muses in a romance will be aged 20+ and every mun wanting to write romance must be aged 25+ ; smut not being a guarantee. There is no excuse to even entertain the idea that on any of my sideblogs I would ever write a minor muse. Pedophilia has no place on ANY of my sideblogs. Pedophilia has been on my 'banned behavior' list in my rules since the carrd was published. I do not fuck around with this rule. This isn't a debate.

It is not banter to avoid conversations about a plot, muse, or thread. I've noticed a lot of this behavior. Do not get upset when I call you out on not following through.

A lot of posts about what is or isnโt okay for non-RPers to do never seem to make it to personal blogs, so I thought Iโd try one. These are true for the overwhelming majority of RPers I know on Tumblr, though nothing is ever 100%.
Do not everย reblog someone elseโs RP posts. These arenโt edited and have a small, mostly contained audience. These are not like fanfic which an RPer has purposefully posted for anyone to see. It is seen as incredibly rude.
Most RPers are fine with you likingย the RP posts, though. Most actually appreciate knowing other people enjoy them.
RPers sometimes follow non-RPers for various reasons (you might post a lot about their fandom, they might also follow you on a personal and want to keep track of your posts, etc.). Theyโre not normally expecting you to follow back.
Non-RPers can follow RPers, just keep in mind that they wonโt interact with you the way a non-RP blog would. Sometimes RP blogs might also be suspicious, because of the tendency to get followed by nsfw and spam blogs.
You canย send in Asks, anonymous or not, to the character (called a โmuseโ). RPers love getting questions for their characters to answer or memes that can be done with anyone (for example, there are memes about specific ships, just send in a ship you like to the RPer).
You can send in Asks, anonymous or not, to most RPers (who are called โmunsโ) about events, characters, etc. in their canon, as long as they relate to their character. Everyone likes to talk about their own opinions!
You canย also use Anon asks to RP with most RPers (send in asks making it clear youโre a certain character, someone theyโd know from canon, and ask questions or make commentary for them to respond to).
And you can alwaysย ask an RPer for information about RPing if youโre curious. Most RPers are happy to give answers or direct you to someone who would.
However, please remember before you ask about a ship, make sure that it isnโt on their ick list.ย most RPers have lists of what they do and do not accept,
