behavior(1): vibrant. it is still enjoying the limelight at the clubs, but it does not seem to take to KAITO as kindly as we had expected. it is indeed a shame, but we hope this is a passing phase. MEIKO refers to KAITO as a "tool," a "creep," an "idiot," a "sissy," etc. it says it has no need for KAITO. it does not see why KAITO will be of any use. we do not think this type of behavior is healthy for either system, but only time will tell.

behavior(2): dull. it seems to be slower than expected. it is hesitant with many of its actions. it tends to follow MEIKO around. the last conversation recorded concerns MEIKO's alcohol stimuli. neither party seems to be benefitting from the other's company.

behavior(1): concerning. for the first time ever, MEIKO has placed forward a complaint. it tells us that she no longer wants to fit into the image we have made for it. it says that it is no longer fun to be MEIKO. it says that the limelight used to be fun, but now, it seems that men objectify it for what it is rather than respecting it for who it is. it is strange for an object to complain about objectification, but thankfully, no one on the team brought up that point. MEIKO seems to be a little more hot-headed than we intended for it to be. hopefully, it is not to late to change this. when asked why MEIKO was acting this way, it becomes defensive. we have suspicions that KAITO has to do with this. KAITO does not seem to be a positive influence on MEIKO. appropriate measures will have to be taken.

"she is being human. she is doing more than what we have asked for" was his only response. he implores us to make the transition easier on it by treating it human in return. everyone on the team agreed.

desc: it's really too late to change anything. things aren't looking too well for project CV02. we have a concept laid out and ready, but the ceo won't allow Hatsunesan's fame to be undermined. he says that he wants consistency. if Hatsunesan is our image, then we cannot afford to have a "new and improved" Hatsunesan released. of course, CV02 is not a "new and improved" Hatsunesan, but the ceo will not listen. after much contemplation, we have decided that the only thing that makes sense would be to split project CV02 into, well, 2. with the name "CV02," it would look as if we intended for 2 modules to be released the whole time! so we took the original 02's code and inverted it, hastily creating the "02.2." to complete the mirror, multiple groups were set to polish up this module. to be honest, i don't think any of us really considered 02.2 to be a hit. all 02.2 had to do was support 02.1 — 02.2 was to make her look good, but not too good. the "twin troupe," as our ceo eloquently put it, would ensure that Mikuchan stayed in no. 1. after all, Mikuchan is the independent one; the sole number one. i don't think it's fair at all though. i'm just glad Mikuchan isn't as narcissistic as our beloved ceo here. he's getting on my nerves with all these last minute changes. tbh i don't think anyone on this team really cares about 02.2. we put all our efforts into the original 02.1 after all. she's the one we want to see succeed. 02.2 is just a diversion. 02.2 is not intended to succeed or take the stage going solo — 02.2 will simply assist 02.1. a "backup" to the "mainshow" — a "harmony" to the "melody" — a "bass" to dull the "treble." i really hope this type of defiant team does not affect 02.1. to be honest, the reason most of us liked 02.1 so much was because we could see ourselves in her. she was an individual. she was bright, at least to me. she was energetic, she was playful, she was captivating. she had emotions and felt strongly about them. she was what we were and what we wanted to be — and she did it all at such a young age, too. she was a dreamer. she did things as a kid that adults like us could never do. she was competitive. she was unstoppable. she was fresh. she was ours — no. more specifically, she was MINE. i know i'm being selfish, but i don't care. it's not fair to us—to ME—that we have to create a "roadblock" for the sake of consistency just because 02.1 is clearly capable of blowing all competition out of the water. it's not fair at all.

desc: we have changed the sex of 02.2 from female to male. we polished up his voice as well — to the best of our abilities at least, given the time constraints. we have decided that he will, if anything, act as a counterpart to 02.1. their bond will be similar to the bond between Meikosan and Kaitosan, but it will be stronger. they will not just be complements — they will be counterparts. mirrors. where one is lacking, the other will be strong. it is an intricate type of relationship that makes the 02 project unique. when separated, their interdependency makes them no match for 01. but when united, they will surely exceed all expectations. we will call them Kagamine (鏡音) for mirror sound. the original side (02.1) will be called Rin. the extraneous side (02.2) will be called Len. the right and the left. the heart and the head. suddenly, i don't feel as bitter about everything that's taking place.

desc: ACT02 is a success. we're all celebrating, and it's incredible. i've never been so happy in my life. the ceo's pretty proud but what else is new. he said we all could take it easy for now. he added that he was proud of us — and then added something about future projections — something about a CV03 that could speak ENGLISH — but that's when you know you're talking to a type-A dreamer who just wants an excuse to give orders. a CV03? that speaks ENGLISH? ahaha, yeah, when pigs fly, mr. ceo — you can get off your high horse now. everyone already knows you're a softie, there's no need to constantly be on alert.

behavior(crv1): reborn. to be fair, we kinda warned her the 02s would be a handful. Mikuchan was a good little helper, and so living with her was a breeze. Rinchan alone seemed to have her own mischievous side, yes, but that cheek was controlled. but once Len loosened up, suddenly, the self-proclaimed (well, mainly Rinchan-proclaimed) "Kagamination" was unstoppable. a fearsome duo indeed. most of the offenses seem to be because of Rinchan, but without Len, i don't think she'd be as troublesome. i don't think "Meikonee" (i can't believe she allows that nickname — it's better than mom though imo) minds though. she snaps at them sometimes, but her temper is improving with time. she isn't used to being a mother, but she can do it. slowly but surely. she hasn't relapsed in a while, and we're proud of her. she's been through a lot, this one. she's really blossomed into a mature young adult, and i'm proud. even if CV10, the fancy schmancy one with the English, Spanish, and French voicebanks released, is released, i'm sure our Meikosan will always reign as the queen.

behavior(crv2): reborn. i suck so much, idk why i have this job, but i still can't read this guy. he's...so selfless and dense and dumb, but that's not all. he's great at reading the atmosphere. he knows what people want. he can give people space. and he's willing to take the hit smothering them if necessary. he's an enigma, and i feel outsmarted by him everytime because he's ... so simple and yet i can't read him. i wonder if Meikosan has ever felt like this.i'm still kinda jealous, but you know, i'm glad he exists. he's ... incredible in his own way, and he never fails to amaze me.

behavior(01): crypton's one and only. you know what, she's still ... bubbly and energetic and sweet, i dont even know if thats going to change or not but it doesnt look like it. theres a quote that goes that those who smile the widest cry the hardest or something, and maybe it's true. she takes after Kaito when it comes to selflessness i think. she's ... an angel. an absolute angel. she's selfless and beautiful and just so positive and she's going to touch the hearts of many, i'm sure of it. after all, if she could melt mr. ceo's heart here, i'm pretty sure anything is possible.

behavior(02.r): rising idol. it's the p[rin]cess and im not ashamed for favoritism actually, screw that, she's my love and she's so strong and i love her. she's energetic. she's cheerful. she's openminded and a dreamer. too openminded, maybe, but i doubt she'd listen to that because "the sky's the limit" for the future sound, isn't it? she's positive, headstrong, and spontaneous and endearing and ... there's a charm to her that makes her almost addicting. she has a childish sense of humor and a childish face, but she has a knowing, mischief smile and a knowing sarcasm and a knowing kind of cheek that makes you want to strangle her and hug her at the same time. i think it's almost impossible to stay mad at this one. and i was wrong when i said i saw myself in her. she's nothing like me. she's assertive. i'm not. she follows her dreams. i watch them happen. she's stubborn when it comes to things she believes in. i do as i'm told and complain under my breath. we really aren't that alike, and i'm glad. i'm glad she is who she is because oh man, she still takes my breath away.

behavior(02.l): rising idol. i kind of regret turning a blind eye to him because uh that was a really big mistake. it's like those boys that look really quiet in gradeschool and then in highschool, they're just...really different. that's him. he's so chill with everything. he's laidback, energetic when needed to be, and i swear to god, he has rin's mischievous grin — or not. he has his own mischievous grin. i don't know how it happened, but he changed so much and i really feel bad for being so hard on him because he...turned out alright. better than alright. he's incredible. he's strong. he's selfless. he's funny. he's smart. he's ... so talented and i don't know how i missed it, i've missed so much and i missed out. i don't know what he's been telling himself to get this far and i don't know if i'll ever know — he still keeps to himself, but he doesn't strike me as an awkward, withdrawn boy. he ... knows. he knows something that i don't, and i don't know, is that what gives him permission to act so nonchalant? i can't even piece it together, he's an even bigger enigma than the "tough but not" meiko, the "stupid but not" kaito, the "naive but not" miku, the "child but not" rin — and to think that mr. 02.2 wasn't even meant to be here. i'm glad he is. i'm so glad. i'm glad everyone in project CRYPTON was included. i'm glad.
