~1. Does Fiskur know how to do anything besides cook?
2Do you think he would be authorized to go on missions?
3. What does he think of the BH members?
4. Can you explain a little about the fish that's inside it?

(prefacing this by saying I've had bad experiences in the past when sharing my OCs, so sorry if I come off passive aggressive or wary!)
1. Fiskur can eat (though no one knows how) and he likes drawing (somehow) and listening to music! Otherwise he doesn't do much. Sleeps while standing most of the time, has gotten pretty good at protecting Skal from Demencia, etc etc.
2. He is, though there's no real reason to send him most of the time. If he does get sent it's usually for Blackhat's entertainment, or if the mission is expected to span over a couple days where they might need someone who can cook.
4. Skal (the fish) has minor telepathic abilities, and is smarter than the average fish. Since Fiskur can't talk (he has no mouth) Skal will chime in for him, though his powers are too weak to do this consistently. Skal can eat a surprising variety of things! None of them are quite sure what type of fish Skal is, as Flug lost track of all the different DNA strands used in his creation. They think he's a distant relative of both goldfish and piranhas? (Also, Fiskur and Skal are permanently linked and can feel anything the other feels. Despite this, they ARE separate beings with their own thoughts.)
4.5 Fiskur probably wouldn't care. Crowliphale says no thanks.
5. He's pretty skittish, though very absentminded. His reaction time varies, but is usually very slow. He's the most cowardly in the manor, often making an active effort to hide from everyone else when he isn't directly summoned. He's expected to be ready to cook at any given time, so despite all his anxieties, he isn't very jumpy these days.
