Do things that seem weird to others? Maybe, stay up late, sleep in. Eat "weird" foods, or have out of the norm eating patterns. You aren't hurting anybody! If it bothers them so much, it isn't your fault!

Maybe you feel guilty for snapping, breaking down, having mental Illness or disability... thats ok. As long as you can recognize it if you negatively affected another, and not try to excuse it using a disability or illness.

Things get better, there are worse things you could be doing.
