Domestic Diva: Cross Stitch Edition

Ahhh it’s done! With the help of my new awesome q-snap, I was able to finish this waaaay faster than before! The pattern for this one is up on sale on my Etsy as well!

The worst part ever though WAS THAT FONT. I had to do ¼ cross stitch so it fit nicely in the pattern and wasn’t all WHOA THATS SOME BIG FONT YOU GOT THERE BUDDY. Once I got more used to it, it wasn’t so bad. You may be able to tell where I started in it. XD I’ll let you guys guess. But it was fun! And it was good to try something new. :3

I’m really enjoying this Winnie the Pooh Gives no Fucks theme lately. I may do one final one in this series with Christopher Robin. It may be too much Pooh..? NAH NO SUCH THING I THINK.

🌸🌼🌸SPRING THEMED OUIJA BOARD🌸🌼🌸

Well, spring is practically over and I only just finished this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯  

Who says seances have to a nighttime affair? This is for laying on your stomach in your back-garden, in the sunshine with two glasses of lemonade (one for you and one for the ghost).

I used the same base pattern as last time, but all of the spring-themed changes and the planchette are my own 💖

sometimes I can’t believe I made this thing.

the last unicorn was my first ever favorite movie. I had the chance to see it on the big screen and meet Peter S Beagle a few years ago and it was an absolutely incredible night.

This is the product of one month’s stitching at an insane speed in order to get this done in time for the wedding. It still needs framing, which will hopefully start happening on Tuesday. 

I stuffed it twice at the start, so this has had quite a bit of unpicking. There are small areas of silver and gold metallic throughout, and the whole tree trunk is silver metallic thread which could have been worse without Thread Heaven (I didn’t try stitching without it). 

I can’t be the only person who cross stitches on tumblr.

I had to root around a little bit, but i found them! They can be ordered in 3 different colors!
