I think i can say this now but one of the pitfalls of s2 for me is the fact that i know there's no possibility of robby killing himself because he has plot armor for being the main character. Like ok he's suicidal but i know that's not gonna amount to anything because it's robby, it's noah wyle, they for sure wouldn't kill their lead star.

My biggest gripe with the finale is why tf was the preeclampsia lady not sent to L&D immediately? Any triage nurse would have sent that patient upstairs. Typical do not pass, just go. Also, wtf do they have against having an OBGYN come downstairs??

you know what,, robby adopting baby jane doe would've been a full circle moment when he lost his step kid during s1 mci, which began his downward spiral, to now getting his second chance at family by adopting a child, which would also give him a sense of purpose outside of ER.

i may need to rewatch s1+2 but did javadi ever show interest in anything related to psychiatry or mental health in general? or is it just this one episode? i feel like her going to psychiatry came out of nowhere.

People questioning why al-hashimi would trust robby and disclose her health issue with him and i'm like maybe, as the person who would cover for him during his 3-month long vacation, she wants him to assure her that she can do it? Idk. Or maybe she's been feeling the kms vibes from robby and she's giving him the excuse to come back?? Like "here, i'm probably as fucked up as you are, so please heal and then come back."

it doesn't matter if the actors don't ship their characters. the only thing that matters is if the showrunners do.

this may be a case of the grass is always greener on the other side but why does most (if not all) of the doctors at the night shift seem emotionally stable and not on the brink of a crashout unlike the day shift docs?
